Materials
At present, Jindun mainly uses A356.2 aluminum alloy as the raw material for the production of wheels. A356.2 aluminum alloy is a typical Al-Si-Mg ternary alloy and a cast aluminum alloy with excellent comprehensive performance. This aluminum alloy can cast complex shapes with thin walls, which also has good casting performance, such as good fluidity, small thermal shrinkage, and no tendency to thermal cracking. Through heat treatment, the material can achieve high strength, good plasticity, and high impact toughness. Therefore, A356.2 aluminum alloy has been chosen as the material of cast aluminum wheels for automobiles and motorcycles.
Jindun has been a cast aluminum alloy wheel provider since 1993, with years of design and manufacturing experience in this industry. Our cast aluminum alloy wheel is formed through integral cast, gaining higher strength than traditional spoke wheels, but with a lower cost. We provide competitive price as well as fast delivery. Now, we can produce as many as 1,500,000 cast aluminum alloy wheels annually. We have expert manufactories which are able to finish all the process automatically, including a selection of materials, casting, CNC machining, thermal treatment, surface treatment and testing, with stringent quality control and production plan. Please contact us if you have any questions about custom aluminum alloy wheels.
